My beloved dual 2.5 ghz PowerMac G5 is not posting, it chimes and spins the fans up. I hear no beeps upon startup and I checked the LCS for leaks, there is none. I have reseated the RAM, Video Card and processors. I have done a PRAM and SMU reset.

HELP!

Specs:

Dual 2.5 GHz

Radeon 9600

4GB DDR2 RAM

80 GB HDD (I pulled out of a random pile, has not been wiped yet)

The chime is the POST. If you're getting that, you are probably looking at a failed video card. You have tried this with a different display or verified the display with another system?

UPDATE! The Mac does not chime anymore and does and one of the RAM sticks was causing 2 lights to light up on the logic board. The Video card shocked against the logic board when trying to reseat it. The LCS is totally fine, it just seems everything else is freaking out. HELP!
