If I pre-order it at Apple.com will they not charge me until it ships? I sure hope so because I know ill have the money then, but dont want to be in a hole for the next 20 days.

They dont charge you until it ships...

But maybe they check now to see if you have enough cash in your account now...not sure.

i wouldn't chance it. they might decide to ship early and charge you when you don't have enough money to cover the purchase.

If you use a credit card they will not charge your account until it ships but if you use a debit card then they will charge the account as soon as you order.
