I have had the original ML 42mm SS in silver, the newness wore off quick but I really love the black one, being how bad prices fell through the roof, if I like it as an accessory I am thinking to buy a used 42mm Black SS and found one on here with no warranty and lots of bands for $220 v another one I missed that had two year apple care for $270. Another on CL with 4 months warranty left and one band for $250. What would you all do? I feel after having mine have the battery go bad, warranty is important. Better to buy original black SS then a newer one right?

I would purchase the used Watch if that's all you are seeking and if a warranty is attached, then that's a plus. Most importantly, what ever you choose to purchase from the buyer, make sure you're comfortable with the sale. Four months warranty at least gives you a piece of mind with one of the Watch options.
