In the past has Verizon had pre-orders for full price iPhones?
Seriously... two lines down from your thread.
I started that thread. It's about pre-orders through Apple.com not Verizon.
No not directly, only if your don't qualify for a discount. They are trying to lock you into a contract.
It did not matter if you ordered from Apple or via your carrier's web page, you only got the full price if you did not qualify for a subsidy discount.
Then why start a new thread? Could you not ask in the existing thread? lol
I technically have a discount available on another line, but in order to keep unlimited data, I have to buy at full price. Are you saying they'll force me to use my subsidy before pre-selling me a phone?
Not really. One is about Full Price Pre-Orders.
The other is Full Price Pre-Orders on Verizon. That is still a Full-Price Preorder question.
No, one is about full price pre-orders on Verizon and the other is on Apple.com. Your first post was incredibly rude, and I've continued to be respectful despite that. You aren't a moderator, so go back to your reading and commenting instead of questioning my creation of a thread.
The other thread doesn't say anything in the title about Apple.com.
I'm just helping a brother out. This forum is crazy enough without needing tons of extra threads. Yeah, it was rude. I'm sorry if you were offended. I just think pointless multiple threads is ridiculous. Cheers.
The damn thread is filled with screenshots of Apple's live chat...
The problem with the forum having extra threads is because you probably derail half of them causing someone to create yet another thread because the question wasn't answered in the first two.
I don't know whether they always do them or whether it's a case-by-case basis, but I can confirm that they have done full price pre-orders in the past.
My friend pre-ordered the 16GB iPhone 4S at full price last year.
But the title doesn't say Apple, so it would be safe to assume it's about full-price preorders altogether.
