Printing via Network on Parallels

I've done a search and can't find anything on the subject ......

I'm using my MacBook in school that is connected to an OSX server. Because some software is windows only (Blackbaud) I need to use Parallels. I'm running XP Pro and can't seem to connect to the Bonjour server to access the network printers.

Any ideas?
