Really? Go to prison for getting rid of a six week bundle of cells. I really hope you’re not that extreme.

Not a baby. How many times do we have to say it. Six weeks is not a baby. What about at one week. You gonna charge her for murder for getting rid of one cell? Law will be immediately struck down on the count of it was passed by legislators with fewer brain cells than. A six week old fetus. How’s that.

I think it would be the first of the fanatical states to at least be consistent.

Yeah, I know it's your thing to make it about dems, guns, and probably at some point later Obama, if one side does stupid crap.

...But I am not aware off hand of any D in office currently advocating death specifically for anyone of the crime of liking the 2nd A.

Well, at six weeks it's life...
however death penalty seems definitely too much (SCOTUS will reverse immediately)

Say it as many times as you want. You can keep trying to cram your opinion down my throat but it should be obvious by now I am not swallowing it....

Several states with heartbeat laws disagree with you......

It’s not a person. We don’t prosecute people for killing life. We prosecute them for killing PEOPLE. See the difference.

Just because idiotic states passed it doesn’t make it true. Maybe take a biology course if you’re confused.

Science. People can perceive, experience. That would be twenty weeks at gestation not six. Anything else is arbitrary.

So if someone is in a coma and I know that he will wake up after 9 months I can stab him to death? Interesting perspective.

EDIT: made a mess with the quoted post

Within the context of what you're saying, that is so epically wrong & antithetical, to much of the spirit that this country is based on.

    IMHO

People in a coma can perceive. Nice try though. I’m talking about life forms that have never been able to perceive here.

How about you follow SCOTUS which is also the law until overturned?
