I just replaced the glass on my wife's iPhone 4s and now it turns off and on every couple of minutes and it has no service. The screen works and all, but it won't receive calls and stuff. Anyone know what I could have done wrong? Thanks.

I've heard a lot of incidents where the grounding clip has come out(it's VERY small). For the battery you could've damaged the connector or improperly reconnected the battery. I would say you will probably need to purchase a new motherboard

There is a little silver connector that connects to the motherboard right next to the battery. It's not plugged in and causes the cellular problem. For the battery it might be that it's not plugged in the way also. You don't need to buy a new motherboard...
