Problems Exporting from FCP 6

Now I've exported this project before and it worked fine but i had to trim some footage. I have been exporting my project using Quicktime with DVCPRO HD-720p60 as my settings. I go to watch it and it's only half there. I tried to do it several other different ways but same result. Now I have three 3-5min projects and two out of three are doing this. Can anyone help????:D PLEASE!!!!!
