Proud of SCOTUS and America, they ruled against A&F to protect religious freedom

    Hail, those Abercrombie stores are so dark you have to carry a flashlight to find your way around.:confused: I doubt anyone would notice her head scarf. A "looks policy.":rolleyes:

    My daughter banned me from entering A&F stores. She turned beet red the first time we went shopping in there. I guess unless you're spelunking/mining/working in the dark, wearing a headlamp is faux pas.:D We made a deal. I don't go into an A&F store and she is home by 10pm.:p

    Lol. Yeah I don't think anyone wears their brand anymore.

    They also lost another lawsuit years ago for racism.

    This decision is no surprise. After reading about the case when SCOTUS accepted it and then reading Title VII and the EEOC website, it seemed pretty clear A&F had a real problem.
