If anyone has gotten PSU on their 360 and want to group up sometime, my gamertag is rkbentley.
Does that have a separate fee from live?
$10 per month I believe.
I wasnt impressed with the beta demo
Whats the likelihood of world of warcraft coming to xbox360
With Burning Crusade now pushed back to January one has to wonder if WOW/BC is coming out for 360.
As for PSU, the Beta was, well, a Beta. I've been holding off on going multi till NaNoWrimo is over, the single player game is pretty cool. I like it more the FFXI.
I thought this topic had something to do with the power supply unit in the Xbox360...
Sorry 'bout that. I used PSU since everyone has been using it.
PSU = Phantasy Star Universe.
PSO = Phantasy Star On-Line
Never know the power supply to actually be listed as PSU...
I wasn't impressed with the beta at all. The controls aren't great, the whole idea of hacking and slashing enemy after enemy time after time just to level up, to, really, do nothing doesn't really do anything for me. Probably why I don't play MMPORPG's.
It never let me connect, so can someone tell me what sort of MMORPG it is? Is it an RPG that does online (like Guild Wars) or is it online that does RPG (like WoW)?
It isn't an MMORPG in the sense of WOW where you see everyone out moving around doing these quests at the same time. It's more you and group of people go out do the quest then come back to staging area and do it again.
I found from a lot of the posts over all the message boards that PSO/PSU is an aquired taste, it's different set up from FFXI and WOW.
The single player game lays everything out for you at no cost so if you don't like the single player than the Multi isn't going to win you over much either.
