I just ran Norton 360 full scan and the purplera1n.exe file I downloaded last week was removed as a Trojan Horse. Anyone else see this happen? Is it safe to restore it?

If you know it is legitimate safe software, then who cares what Norton thinks it is. :) I would restore it.

there is your Trojan right there, "Norton".

Get avast!, AVG or buy NOD32. Heck, the new Microsoft beta anitvirus is suppose to be good and its free!

If your source for purplera1n is legit (http://www.pruplera1n.com/) you should be good, if its from a torrent I'm always wary of executable files.
