Can this really be true?? See screenshot from 30 seconds ago. Danish online store.
Looks like a typo on your site, since the US site offers a 3.0 GHz dual-core with Turbo Boost to 3.5 for about the same price ($200 USD)
Yeah, that's what I thought... damn it! Was so ready to buy. A somewhat strange typo though...
UK says Dual Core
would be nice if Apple disclosed the exact cpu so that customers could look it up on intel's ark.
but no, it's too good to be true, even in Denmark.
Something is rotten on that site in Denmark.
The RAM is indicated as '1866 MHz'. Second thing apart from the 'Quad core'.
Silent update on the way?
If you didn't grab a 2012 quad core while they were hot then that chance might be gone forever.
So glad I picked up my 2012 Quad Mac Mini a year ago on the 22nd. Just bought Apple Care for it. First anything Apple that I have ever bought a warranty for.
I'm considering doing that as well. I purchased my 2012 QC on October 17 last year. So I have a few weeks left to decide.
On one hand, it's only $79 with the education discount, so might as well.
On the other hand, I have upgraded RAM and have added a hard drive and have changed the thermal paste already. I am capable of fixing electronics and replacing parts.
On the other hand again, finding a replacement logic board is going to be a huge pain in the butt if I ever need to do that.
The wikipedia site for mac mini has the intel cpu codes which you can look at intel.
