Question about bill (after upgrading)

    So I have three iPhones under my acct, and I just ordered two iPhone 5s through the apple store app. Will my ongoing monthly bill be the same, minus the contract extension with AT&T? This is my first iPhone contract upgrade.

    Yep - you'll get slapped with some one-time upgrade fees ($36 per phone I think) and some people have had success with calling AT&T to have those waived.

    My IQ drops a few points every time I deal with AT&T front-line support so I just roll with it and pay the fees. But it's a one-time ding, then your monthly bill will revert to normal.

    Yes, your bill will be the same except for the upgrade fee. It's very easy to call AT&T and have the fee waived. In your case, the fee will be a little over $80 (with tax). It's worth the phone call.
