My iPhone 4 has been a little sluggish lately. I was wondering which option I use to restore it to back up? I don't want to delete all my data like photos and stuff, but I just want to reset so it will hopefully fix the slow problems.

Easiest way: Sync it to iTunes via USB. Then, while connected, right click the iPhone on the left under devices and choose back up. Then, you can restore it easily.

With the phone connected via USB, right click on the phone icon in iTunes (on the left) and select Restore from Backup.
