Questions about Address Book 4.0.

Ok first off, anyone else having problems with it. I have one problem with the saving of the contacts after I create them where it works sometimes and others it doesnt. It's a little hard to explain exactly what I mean by this but does anyone else have this problem?

My question is, is there any way to import your email addresses from Apple Mail (Just imported all of my entourage mail to apple mail as I decided to give Apple mail a go)?
