Quick iMovie Question.

Hi,

I'm doing a video for a school project and i'm using iMovie to make the video.
So my question is, When I export the film, what format should i Export it as, so it would play at school just fine. (Windows Computers) ?
I'm just worried because Mpeg-4 does NOT run on our computers.
