Quitting? Or Hitting? Pot Smoker Dilemma

    Probably not.

    The article doesn't mention how he has to prove he's quit. I imagine it will involve testing over a period of probation.

    Once that probation is over, I would imagine he'd be free to spark up.

    I think we need a betting pool on how many days (hours) he is able to abstain. I got the under at 36 hours...

    Why doesnt he just move to one of the states where he can get away with it?

    Even in those states, I wouldn't be surprised if abstaining was a part of a probation order. However, that is certainly an interesting question.
