Ram for a new Macbook !!

Hi,

I just wanted to ask regarding the RAM needed for a Macbook. I use the laptop for everything..Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and etc. Plus I like downloading games and music.

So What is the recommended RAM that I should include? As I have the White Macbook 2Ghz..! I was worried as I was told that I should have included the RAM before using the laptop !! Is this true?

and you can upgrade the ram at anytime, it doesn't have to be before you use it.
