iPod touch Reading PDF files in frames?

I am having trouble loading PDF files that open in a frame. Only as much as will fit on the screen loads--no pagination. Specifically, I am trying to work with class note files on the Blackboard system. No problems loading PDFs that load in a new window.

Any ideas on a possible workaround or way to break out of the frames?
