    112 grams (20 percent lighter than 4s), 7.6 mm (18 percent thinner), 4-inch display (up from 3.5 inches), 1136x640 pixel resolution (up from 960x640), a fifth row of icons on the screen, 44 percent more color saturation, LTE network compatible, available on Verizon/Sprint/ATT, processor and graphics are 2x faster (new A6 chip).

    Battery: will "exceed battery life of the iPhone 4s." 8 hours talk time, 8 hours browsing, 10 hours wifi browsing, 10 hours video, 40 hours music, 225 hours standby.

    Camera: 8 mp, 3264x2448 resolution, f/2.4 aperture, 25% smaller, improved low-light quality, panorama feature, 1080p HD video, front-facing Facetime camera updated (720p) and face detection, improved mics and speakers,

    Dock and connector:
    New connector is called Lightning, 8 pin, reversible (adaptor available for current connector).

    Very disappointed because they phone came out MONTHS after the S3 and they said Steve worked very hard in this iPhone
    I mean I think I will still get it but it isn't as good as I thought it would be
    I mean look at the iPhone 4 it came out in 2010 and it's amazing.

    Is the 4S really heavy? NO
    Is the display really a typical 4"? NO its just longer.
    I'll bet with the A6 real world use will show the battery life is NOT better
    Better camera always good.
    Dock connector...another unnecessary change that is only a revenue stream generator for apple.

    I will be ordering one since I already ditched my iP4S to make room. But I will agree its not revolutionary its evolutionary. Everything they showed off has been in Android for at least 2 years. Apple caught up with the iP5. I am not saying Apple has to play the specs race, but they were behind in features that other OS's offered and that is a fact.

    So what time can we pre-order, is it in the middle of the night?
