I notice that every time my MacBook Pro 2017 starts from recovery or internet recovery flashes for a second a red box arround the apple logo . Could please someone to check this ? I have this ( issue?) both with Mojave and high Sierra , but not with sierra( usb bootable ).

I tried reset smc and nvram many times .

It's nothing to worry about if you're concerned it's a hardware alarm.

I believe it's just a graphic glitch with Mojave. I've experienced the same "red box" framing all my folders when I open a window on Dark Mode.
