What is the difference between refurbished and regular iphone 5? One difference I noted is refurbished iphone 5's price is less than regular iphone 5. Is there any other difference? Is there any problems buying refurbished iphone 5 instead of regular iphone 5?

They are not defective and carry the same warranty as new.
