All Devices reminders keep collapsing indent

Hello! This has been driving me nuts since the new versions of iOS, iPad os and Mac OS came out. I use reminders a lot for organization. The indented reminders underneath main reminders don't stay collapsed or hidden. Every single time I open the reminders app on any device the reminders that are indented show up as a long list, any fixes for this?


All my devices are on the newest updated versions
