Is there an application that will automatically detect commercial breaks in audio and remove them? Similar to how VideoReDo removes commercials from mpegs on Windows.
I've been using RadioShift to record talk shows for ipod listening but I'd rather do without the long pauses/canned music/commercials that occur when the station does commercial breaks. If I can automatically process these files once RadioShift finishes recording, I'd be a happy camper.
If this beast does not exist, does anyone have a suggestion on a simple audio editing app that will let me easily visualize and accomplish this task? I'm about to investigate Fusion but figured I'd ask here first.
