only current flaw I can see in her is her endorsement of Bernie, aside from that it would be cool if she ran and we learned more about her.

The fact that she stepped down from her Vice Chair position in the DNC over their primary handling of Bernie, is actually a huge plus for me with her.

I find it disconcerting that you're more concerned about her relationship with Bernie Sanders than with her relationship with Assad. The later is a complete deal-killer for me (and for far too many voters for the Democrats to ever consider nominating her for national office).

I can overlook that and her flawed support for Bernie, post 4 overcomes those flaws.

I'm on the right, and I admire Tulsi Gabbard. She is the only possible Democratic candidate I can see myself considering seriously. She's a progressive, but not insane and not malignant.

Agree... I'd have to seriously consider her.. As long as she didn't shift to the wacky left, she'd have a shot but I doubt the DNC would allow that to happen....

Meh, right here, I like her. She demonstrates old school liberal values with just enough far-left progressive behavior that doesn't make people quickly dislike her. Now if the DNC can get their head out of their ass and pick a good candidate, then they'd win. Honestly, at this point, the DNC could probably grab R voters who've come to dislike the current administration despite voting for them.

The endorsements from commenters in this thread are reason enough not to support her. Being the favorite Democrat of a bunch of conservatives is the last thing the Democrats should be looking for this cycle.

Not if the goal is far left liberal misery that must be forced upon everyone...

Me? I am all for a candidate who can appeal to both parties. Anyone who isn't wants what's best for their own personal ideology and not what's best for the country..

But lets be honest here.. She won't appeal to the far left and the DNC so she has no chance at all... She might be to normal and rational thinking for them... :p

Wear that partisan hat proudly. You certainly maintain it well.

Well shame on me, a progressive, for wanting a genuinely progressive president. I also want a president who is going to be aggressive in undoing all of the crap Trump will have left him or her with and who will take a very hard line with what may still be a Republican majority Senate, and I don't trust Gabbard to do either.

The hell with "peace." Trump and McConnell have declared war on Democrats and we need someone willing to fight back.
