I search for Lacie d2 Big Disk information but got nothing

someone with knowledge, please share.

internal hard drive information to be specific.

are they SATA or PATA, can I Raid on them or is factory setup?

any review or speed spec for a 300965U

that is a 800GB USB only Big Disk
