Restored to an old backup, app thinks I switched to a new phone.

So this is confusing - my phone just freaked out, stopped working entirely, crashing every few minutes, etc. I restored it to a previous backup as the solution. I've done this in the past with no issues. I'm using an iPhone 6 that I've had since the 6 came out.

Since the previous install, typical things happened such as losing data on my games & apps that don't use cloud storage. That's to be expected. The weird thing is that I play a few games* that connect to the Line app for the account information, but the Line app is saying that my account is no longer able to be accessed because I accessed it from a new phone. I contacted Line about it but they've been useless in the past so I'm not optimistic. A few other apps did this as well but I didn't care about them anyways and deleted them.

Does anyone have any ideas why an app would think that I'm using an old phone? I'm guessing that it thinks my phone from right before the restore was a "new" phone compared to the backup, but if that's the case I have no clue how to resolve it. It's also never happened previously so I'm not sure why it's happening in this case.

*Mostly Disney's Tsum Tsum. I have years of progress that I really don't want to lose, so I'm terrified to try deleting things. Everything's updated as much as it can be.

As an update, just in case anyone else encounters this issue - I determined eventually that when Line said it wanted to delete my data, it only meant messages and locally stored information. I was able to re-log-in and everything worked great. I was only missing my Line messages (which are just game notifications so no big loss) and all of my game data was fine.
