Hi, this is my first purchase from the Apple store (UK). I'm a student and have purchased a MacBook Pro through finance on the 12th.
Firstly, it took two days for them to email me telling me my shipping and billing address must be the same to match their policy. Why let me have different addresses in the first place?
Now I have an email saying they have revised my ship date.
So they expect to dispatch it on the 20th? What's with a delay of up to EIGHT days to then deliver it to me? Is this kind of thing normal? Advertised as being dispatched within 24 hours to this kind of service?

We estimate that it will be delivered to your shipping address on or before 28.05.2014.
