Why does RSS not show up in my Safari(Tiger) browser window? Am I doing something wrong?

I visited Apple.com/hotnews/ and the RSS did not show up.

Are you sure you are running Safari 2.0 and not your old one from Panther?

I just checked my version of Safari and it is ver.1.3. I wonder why it did not update when I installed Tiger.

I wonder if I should re-install?
