Is the Apple Store UK usually totally incompetent? I bought my first Mac last month. A G3 iBook. Two days later they brought out the G4 iBook so I sent mine back and ordered the new one. Except I'm still waiting for them to collect the old one and they seem to have lost track of the replacement. It shipped from Taiwan on October 31. Tracking says it left Luxembourg on November 6. But neither Apple nor TNT know where it is now. There's no TNT tracking number yet and the Apple Store says there's a 'data issue' (whatever that is) with TNT at the moment. They also don't know when they'll pick up the G3 for a refund. Is this usual? Do they really want to put me off ever ordering from them again?
