Hello, I have a 2008 mac pro with Maya 2011 installed on it. I would like to upgrade to the Quadro 4000 when it is released but I don't want to remove the GTX 285 I have installed already. I know that I will have to borrow power from one of the optical drives to power the card already. My question is will there be any conflicts with drivers or with Maya itself since some windows of the application will be running on monitors connected to the GTX and some other windows (the primary) will be running on the Quadro monitor.

I'm not sure if this question makes any sense since I don't know much about the intricacies of computer graphic cards.

    Any help would be appreciated!:)
