Safari 3 -Problem with scroll bars

Anyone else having problems with the scroll bars and buttons not responding in Safari? They move with page up/down ok, but do not respond to the mouse at all. anyone else experiencing similar.?

So far a lot of the other features look great, and it is not really noticeable that pages load so much faster, the overall application is more responsive. I used to have a 1 second delay when accessing the bookmarks menu as the list was loaded in, that latency is now gone!

No My Scroll Bars Are Fine, But It Always Seems To Crash Everytime On Launch. I Hope That "apple Inc." Will Do An Safari (3.0.1) Or A (3.1) Update Or That Mac Os X (10.4.10) Update Will Fix-it. I Really Wished That I Stuck With (2.0.4), But Even That Version Was Bad Too, But Not Like This. It's Too Late To Switch Back Now.

Strangely the scroll-bar issue seems to have rectified itself after restarting Safari. Have not experienced it since, even on the same web-sites. Odd.
