Hey

Is it just me, or does Safari 4 look A LOT like chrome?

Granted, I have the Vista version, but i am running both browsers side by side and the similarity is quite apparent.

Anyone have an opinion on this?

P.S. I think both browsers look very slick.

It's just a general trend where browsers are heading. Chrome itself is built on Apple's webkit.

I like the top-sites display and managment in Safari4 much better than Chrome's. And cover-flow history is another great thing.

And not to forget: the new page "font resize" zooms the entire page (not just the font) which is so cool because it keeps the layout of a website while it resizes it unlike when just resizing the fonts as in Safari3x or other browsers.

i assume you know opera and firefox have it for very long time.
