I used to be able to type in "cnn" and hit enter in the browser bar and the address would automatically fill in as "www.cnn.com" or "google" for "www.google.com" even if there was no history of the address.

Now, it comes back with "cannot find web address" with a list of potential matches.

Is this a setting or configuration I can update?

In windows the shortcut is ctr-k (auto enters the .com part) - is there something similar in safari?

Thanks!
