Safari getting a lot of "?" on pages...

Lately, I noticed that when Safari loads a webpage, it doesn't load all the way, and I see a lot of blue ? marks all over the place. This really started to happen a lot after I got the 10.3.9 update. Some pages also take forever to load, like weather.com. Also, on the bottom of the frame is "There was ** errors opening the page. For more info, choose Activity from the Window Menu."

Any ideas what's up?
