iPhone Safari on iOS - how much memory does it takes?

Several days ago I restored with iOS 13.4.1 (clean install) and I could see Safari was only 7-8 MB.

Yesterday I updated to 13.5GM with full ipsw and now it occupies 47 MB, why?

Something is wrong with the text, all the words are scrambled. must be an iOS error

Are you really scrambling for 40MB of space? I am sure there is a good reason but it isn't something to be worried about.
