It's a great video. I love the storybook/rhyming aspect to it.

I love that book! picked it up the first day it went on sale after hearing about it on NPR.

You should see Samuel read this on Letterman. He reads a certain with some inflection, and gets the audience busting out laughing.

Adam Mansbach was brilliant with this book. I recommend it to any parent.

Wow! That's really cool telling 12 year old girls to wake the **** UP! Whilst having your arm around a 10 year old girl? Great message.

I was waiting for her to say it, and the little angel finally did. :p

So, you think Samuel is a pedo, or what???

Or do you just hate kids. They are the future, you know.

I'm about to have a baby girl any day now. If anyone starts dropping F bombs around my daughter they better get ready to catch one in the face from me.

Right. I'll take that as a friendly, civilized insult.

Have you ever served time in a state prison? I have. I've seen people stabbed in the neck with parts from the front of an industrial fan, just because they looked at someone disrespectful. Respect is something that a lot of us take for granted. It didn't take long for me to learn how to be respectful in prison, and all I asked for in return was common respect. If someone starts cussing around me when I'm with my daughter, I'll ask them to stop. Believe me, I've been in an environment where I started to ask myself if I was even around human beings anymore. It was horrifying and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemies.

    1. It's just a word, it doesn't hurt anybody. Why is the f word a bad word, but heck, which could be used here and keep the same meaning, not? Why is the s word a bad word, when crap, which is virtually interchangeable, is not? Why is one worse than the other? They're all just words.
    2. She's 12. I guarantee you she says the f word on a daily basis and has heard much worse at school and among her friends. 12 was about the age when I could curse around my parents and get away with it, and I turned out okay.
