There really should be a poll with this topic: upon reading the thread title, did you (a) roll in hysterics, or (b) recoil in horror? The woman's serious, though. Here's the story: You have to wonder how much longer Palin is going to hold a grudge against Couric for...well, essentially for Palin's inability to answer a question. That obviously was all Couric's fault. But more to the point, you have to wonder what this paragon of reason thinks qualifies her to teach anybody else how to be a journalist. One can certainly argue that the world of journalism does need to return to its roots (i.e., news, instead of entertainment), but the idea of Palin "cleaning up" journalism has a creepy Ministry of Truth feeling to it.
