I know this is not a new speech, but if he really believes this, I can hardly wait for him to draw the line. You know, that liberals and socialists have been responsible for that "fall", and therefore liberals and socialists are the tools of Satan.

    Satan....

I am beginning to think that this 'Rick' is not quite with everybody else in the real world.

I would love to see him at a World Leaders Summit. I bet he could piss off more people than George W did, and in a shorter time.:D

No. This is the sort of joke that will turn sour very quickly; unfortunately, it is no laughing matter, for the US or the world.

It would be a very brief laugh followed by the entirety of the film 'Threads' being played out in real-time.

Oh you'll be laughing, until he demands a Tenth Crusade, leading the charge through heathen, socialist Europe in the name of God. ;)

Ah yes, that'll cause some confusion in the British Army here:

"Right chaps - looks like we're all off on another foreign jolly with the Yanks..."

"Great, good show! - where are we getting stuck into first?"

"Um... well... actually ... according to these map references ... here I think... Yes, definitely right here ...Oh, OK, it looks like we're invading ourselves"

"Well, if that's what they want - we'd better get on with it... Wouldn't want to upset them now, would we. Special relationship and all that..."

By the middle of March, Santorum will be calling for burning witches at the stake.

I remember seeing that movie years ago... it was excellent, but extremely chilling. One of the best WW3 movies ever.

You know, that's a good point. I've tended to think of Santorum mostly in terms of the domestic damage he could do, but you're right about that. Clinton was very popular with foreign leaders, and I think Obama is too. Bush, by comparison, was at best barely tolerated and at worst, regarded as a swaggering yutz. Personally, that's not the kind of leader I want to send to a G8 summit.

Wow.. 12 posts in, and not a single youtube link to a Dana Carvey SNL Chuch Lady skit.

I'm ashamed of you lot. :D

Most Americans believe in the devil is scarier than santorum getting elected.

    Well that didn't take long.

People here really thought this was a spoof for a TV show like SNL, but that soon changed when they found out he was for real. (well as real as Rick can)

Please vote this guy in, you know it makes sense.:D

Can you imagine the damage he can do to diplomatic relations through out the world.

    Go Rick666.:D

Look, he's a reasonable man. I'm sure that he'll, at the very least, check to see if the accused witches weigh the same as a duck before deciding to burn them.

Bedevere: What makes you think she is a witch?
Peasant: Oh, she turned me into a newt!
    Bedevere: A newt?
    Peasant: Well, I got better.
    Peasant Crowd: Burn her anyway!

Actually, maybe we can get rick to reinstate Castle Anthrax. That is only if he does get elected. :D

Can't really knock him. There's what, one professed atheist serving in congress?

Obama believes in the devil. Clearly.

Not all Christians take the Bible literally and many simply go through the motions. Whether Obama deep down believes that there is actually a malevolent hell-raising demon plotting the takeover of Earth... only he really knows.

He's certainly not running around telling boogie-man stories.

Identifying as Christian means a belief in Satan. Without a belief in Satan one is not a Christian.

So he's either a liar or believes in Satan.

I was watching DW European Journal several weeks ago and they had a story on some groups of Europeans who have "Don't defibrillate me" or something similar stamped on their chests.

But, what comes out of santorums mouth is twisted and brainless.

I'm sure this isn't limited to Europe. What is with GOP fascination with imaginary "death panels"?

BTW, at first I thought your location said: "a propane existence".
