iPod touch save all playlists?

Is there a way I can save all my playlists on my ipod? not just the genius ones, but all of them. I recently had to move my music over from one HD to another HD, and in the process I lost all my playlists in itunes.

Edit) I did some hard digging and research, and If there are people out there who still want to do this, check out "iRepo X"
