iPod touch Saving webpages?

I have fallen in love with Project Gutenburg, a site that has tons of books that I enjoy to read all the time, I haven't used an iPod touch or iPhone yet but is there anyway to save pages so I don't have to be in a Wifi location to read the eBooks?
