i had a look at my iPod touch today and found that there was a scratch on the screen! i thought the screen was unscratchable? it was in the docking station and my little brother has been using it!

will apple replace the glass in front of the screen under warranty?

my iPod touch is in perfect condition, been cased since day 1! not even one mark on the back!

im pretty gutted about the scratch!

how much is it to replace if they will not sort it under warranty?

They will not replace anything because of a scratch, because 99.99% of the time it's user error.

Big scratch or small scratch? Either way I don't think Apple will do anything, they don't claim it's unscratchable. You might've picked up that feeling from the people here though

I've had my iPhone uncased this month for the first time since I got it and I noticed a fair few little scratches on its screen last night, back in the case it goes.

On the bright side screen protectors always make scratches seem not so bad.
