Second optical drive question

Thinking of ordering a Mac Pro; with one optical drive. I want to add a Blu Ray drive in the second bay. Does the second drive bay come configured with power and SATA, even if you do not order the optional second optical drive?

Yes, every Mac Pro is shipped with two powered SATA connectors for Optical Bay 1 and 2 even just with a single drive.
