Is a limited service motel always one of those hourly motels? And by limited service, what does that mean?

Deliciously random -- I thought that limited service meant that one did not get daily housekeeping services (that is, they do not clean the bathroom, make the bed, vacuum, or change the linens every day, instead doing these things at variable times / only prior to check in). I thought actually it was the opposite, and it was generally a class into which rent-by-the-week sort of places fall, rather than rent-by-the-hour.

At hourly motels I expect to be fully serviced. :D

In the travel industry a limited service motel is one without amenities such as a restaurant, on-site laundry, or pool.

On the first point, yes, I agree they probably have all services. ;)

In the crack house industry a limited service motel is one without amenities such as a restaurant, on-site laundry, or pool...Or at least it's the one drug palace rathole I know of. Every single motel or hotel I have seen in my life don't lack all those amenities, outside of the local crack hotel/motel. The crack crowd seem to have more cash than the meth crowd in my area, who tend to sleep outdoors for some reason. I am not a druggie, so I don't know why this would be.

economy is bad around here and these are the type of night jobs that come up for extra cash

i guess i will have to see what other night jobs there are and i will avoid limited service "anything" :)

...and you don't even have to get a PharmD!

Is this the sort of establishment that services members only?

hourly rates are great when you need the privacy to clean off the blood after a mob hit too.
