Watch out for the error on your September statement if you upgrade to iPhone5 with the LTE plan, I call the CSR and point out the error and they said they will credit me back $15 for my inconvenient.:D

Is the error that they charged you the 3.50 for the change? Just want to confirm.

Between 9/21 to 9/30, I was charge $12 for the LTE data, but only getting $8.69 credit for the 4g data, keep in mind that both the plan are $30 and there is 30 days in September, I just lay out the fact to the CSR, never get angry or raise my voice, and he apologize and credit my account.

So what was it a $3.31 in difference? And they credited you $15 instead?
