Hey folks
It seems to me that in OS's past, it was possible to share a external drive with no one logged in... by that I mean the host computer would be running but at the login screen, and over the network, others, could access the external drives attached to it.
I know this has been possible with OSX Server, but I seem to recall it was also possible with the client software as well.
Now, not so. Internal drives behave this way, but not external ones.
Is there a way to share an external drive attached to SL Client, with no one logged in?
