Well, though it certainly sounds plausible, I'll wait to see a confirmation from another source. (That site looks like a tabloid to me.)
Not that it'd make any difference in my vote. He could have been clean all his life and I'd still never vote for the little weasel.
Ya know I am sure bush did do some drugs in his Youth and maybe now, (who knows?) However I don't know about this source, and an Ex might be saying something to get back at the family. I'll wait and see if this is confirmed from another few sources before I go ahead and believe it.
LOL.. me either... Unless of course the cocaine did in fact fry his brain and had he not used it he would actually be an intelligent, decent human being!
but of course. this is the kind of thing which will probably forever be he-said/she-said. that's why i put the source in the title.
Oh my Lord! An unfounded allegation! We must immediately give it newsworthyness and perhaps form a group to highlight this. Cocaine Users for Truth comes to mind.
I don't really care if Bush used drugs. It doesn't make you unfit for office in my mind. It's just a distraction from those pesky issues.
i did feel a bit like a cheap whore posting it. but i figured it'd come up sooner or later, might as well have a place to comment about it.
Kitty Kelley has made lots of money doing unauthorized biographies of celebrities. This new book will give all kinds of new facts about the Bushes. I understand there is also something about Dubya and an abortion in the early seventies (when it was illegal in Texas) and some things on why Bush was sent on that famous sabbatical to Alabama (word is Daddy didn't like all the hard partying and drug use.) It will be interesting to see how the Media covers all the allegations in the book. Will they ignore them or will they actually investigate them and see how well supported they are? My bet is the "liberal" media takes a pass.
I believe there is something to these allegations. They would not be saying them if the allegations were not partly true, right?
(selling my soul)
Well you certainly can't disprove them, and that should be good enough for anyone.
Seems like we've ALL done drugs around here (except N*s*rk, of course ), so we'd better agree it's got no bearing on anything. Except the War on Drugs, of course.
Well I haven't, unless you include Claritin.
'Well I didn't use the cocaine to get high, I just liked the way it smelled.'
'Yeah, I tried coke. But I never inhaled!'
Either would be an acceptable way to cop to what most people suspect.
Only prescription, as prescribed
while not admitting to anything, i'll say that of all the things i've done to which i'm not admitting were not done at camp david, nor at any place of work.
Me too...although my Doctor(s) had longer hair and more piercings than your average example...
Wow, with an admission like that you could run for office
Yeah! What a smear campaign! And we all know, Republicans never use smear campaigns. I mean, it's not like they've questioned without proof the medals John Kerry was awarded for his service to this country. Or said that a vote for Kerry is a vote for terrorism.
ROFL haha ...it's 2:30 am and i nearly waked up my brother in then ext room with my laughter ...thanks for that..it saved my day
Unfortunately I can't take credit for either of those. The first is from the Ray Wylie Hubbard song 'Conversation with the Devil'; and the second is of course a reference to Bill 'Slick Willy' Clinton's marijuana use.
"Originality is the art of concealing your source."
(I read that in Reader's Digest.)
'course that would mean he was needle-freaking or freebasing bag-style.
who cares anyways...
most people at least try some sort of drug in their life...
humans are flawed... get over it...
bill clinton is one of the most like presidents in US history
and look at what he got himself into...
to each his own... vices are vices...
I (stepped on it and) sold it to him...
i don't think it's really a flaw.
