Roseto carnival game message: 'Step right up and shoot' Barack Obama
Some people have no sense of humour.
That is absolutely terrible. What's next - a fake documentary about the assassination of Obama? That's awful.
Or a Noble Peace Prize Winner telling kids she would kill Obama???
As I recall, Death of a President wasn't condoning an assassination, nor was it offering families children the opportunity to act it out. Implying an equivalence is weak sauce.
Never heard of it. Not sure why you are drawing a parallel. It sounds like an apples and oranges comparison.
Death of a President was mockumentary on the fictional assassination of George W. Bush in Chicago in 2007.
When in Rome.
Heh. That truly is weak. I know you can do better.
I'd like to think so too.
I think you can all imagine my relief when I found out that the image that they are being encouraged to shoot at is simply some random black guy, not the President. Totally relieved.
Wow, that is amazingly stupid.
You're right, it could have been so much worse.
You know, to increase the challenge, I think the carnival-goers should be made to play this shooting gallery game with pillowcases on their heads. Seems appropriate somehow.
Alien Attack looks like good Christian fun.
Goodtime Amusements catchline is Fun For The Whole Family!
Do you think anyone tried to shoot him in the nuts? lol
Doh... only if he had any!
I kid, I kid...
This is so wrong on so many levels. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Even if it wasn't Obama and just a random black guy...actually, that's even more sick.
Annnndddddd.if it had been George W. Bush you all would be laughing hysterically...its all a matter of opinion.
It's a disgrace! They could have used Lincoln or Kennedy.
What?! Too soon?!
I love how the guy responsible said that it wasn't meant to be Obama. It must be that other "alien" black president with a health bill. And what's the deal with the troll wearing the Kiss t-shirt?
Uh huh. Keep telling yourself that.
Oh come on Lee, you are saying you wouldn't be? With as much hatred and disdain you have for him I could so see it. You may not post here but you would be laughing.
No- most certainly not. First of all, advocating the assassination of a President (joking or not) is a very scary thing. When it is done by an organization, it's even scarier. Plus, how much do you want to bet that someone would have been labeled a "terrorist" and arrested for it?
