Should I get Insurance or Apple Care +?

I had Apple Care + for my 4s and was pleased it it. I did almost lose my phone once though and it scared me, so with my 5 I got the insurance.

What do you think? I will also be due for an upgrade on my other line around the same time the 5s comes out, so I wanna know if it will be worth it as well.

Just me personally, I went with AppleCare. Gonna go naked

I figure after about 20 months I'll probably "accidentally" drop it in the toilet
