My daily machine is a 2015 MacBook Pro 15" with an Apple SSD and the AMD Radeon R9 GPU. I've been running macOS Sierra 10.12 with absolutely no problems and life has been good.

Now that Mojave has officially been released, I'm considering the upgrade to High Sierra 10.13.

Are there any concerns I should have before making this upgrade? Or am I better off to continue running 10.12 for as long as I can?

If it matters, aside from the various utilities and productivity tools, the main applications I use are Adobe Creative Cloud.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on if you want to be converted to APFS or retain the current file system. I don't want APFS at this time so am not upgrading my 2015 15" MBP.

My opinion only, but...
IF there are "absolutely no problems", I'd "stay put" for the time being.

As the saying goes:
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it"...

You must not be a programmer or engineer (computer related). Our motto is if it isn't broke, keep poking at it until it is, then repair it. :D
